About the role
Deliveroo is looking for a Small‑Medium Business (SMB) Account Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across the UAE. You will be the main point of contact for both independent eateries and multi‑site brands, driving growth and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with SMB restaurant accounts.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings with partners to understand their needs.
- Cross‑sell and upsell Deliveroo’s core services to maximise partner revenue.
- Lead performance‑improvement initiatives and monitor key KPIs.
- Diagnose, resolve and report on operational issues independently.
- Identify growth levers and inefficiencies to implement scalable solutions.
Required profile
- BSc/BA in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field (preferred).
- Proven ability to work autonomously and meet monthly targets.
- Excellent communication skills with a “get‑it‑done” mindset.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel.
- Experience using Google Sheets or other formula‑based tools.
