About the role

Livrichy Real Estate, a leading Dubai real‑estate firm, is looking for a creative SMM Specialist who speaks Russian to boost its brand presence across key social platforms and attract a targeted audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for Telegram, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Create, edit and publish engaging text, visual and video content.
• Maintain content calendars and analyse performance metrics.
• Engage with followers, run A/B tests and optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote property listings and special offers.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Telegram, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma and Canva.
• Strong understanding of digital‑marketing trends and platform algorithms.
• Fluent in English and Russian (native or near‑native).
• Creative mindset with solid analytical abilities and attention to detail.
