SOC Analyst – Security Operations Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SOC Analyst to join our security operations team in Dubai. The role involves monitoring, detecting, and responding to cyber threats across the organization, ensuring rapid incident triage and remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts using SIEM platforms and investigate potential incidents.
• Perform incident triage, analysis, and containment following established procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT and security teams to remediate threats and improve detection rules.
• Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 coverage of the security operations center.
• Document findings, create incident reports, and contribute to post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in a SOC environment, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of attack techniques, threat vectors, and incident response processes.
• Comfortable working in shift‑based schedules to maintain continuous monitoring.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel).
• Experience using Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerability management practices.
