About the role
We are looking for a Social Content Manager to drive Maybelline’s paid social and influencer initiatives. The role will boost brand reach, engagement and ROI across key social platforms while nurturing an online community of makeup enthusiasts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social strategies across all formats and platforms.
- Conceptualize, oversee and amplify influencer‑generated content that aligns with brand identity.
- Manage the social media calendar, ensuring consistent brand voice.
- Identify high‑performing organic posts and boost them through paid promotion.
- Control influencer media budgets and maintain paid creator relationships.
- Track, analyse and report campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, CPC, CPA, etc.) and adjust tactics based on data insights.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of the makeup market, brand positioning and social networks.
- Experience managing paid media and influencer campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Fluent Arabic speaker.
