About the role

JetFinder, a leading private aviation company, is looking for a motivated Private Jet Charter Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The role combines high‑net‑worth client management with the excitement of luxury travel sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate, high‑net‑worth and travel‑agency clients.
• Respond to charter inquiries with accurate, timely quotes tailored to client travel needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with flight operations and ground services to ensure seamless, personalized travel experiences.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent JetFinder at networking events, conferences and trade shows to generate leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of client information, sales activities and performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in aviation or luxury travel.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
