Social Media Associate

About the role

The Social Media Associate will support multiple client accounts by executing and managing day‑to‑day social media activities. This position is ideal for a creative, organized individual who stays on top of platform best practices and can help drive content performance, community growth, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts according to approved content calendars.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions and overall community interaction.
• Develop content briefs, captions, reels, TikTok concepts and coordinate shoots, influencer deliverables and product seeding.
• Draft platform‑specific copy, hashtags and calls‑to‑action, adapting tone to each client.
• Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, views) and assist in weekly/monthly performance reporting.
• Research social trends, viral formats and competitor activity to suggest fresh content ideas.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
