Social Media & Community Executive

About the role

We are a fast‑growing UAE‑based pet wellbeing group looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to bring our playful, premium brands to life online and offline. Working hand‑in‑hand with the Head of Marketing, you will shape brand moments, create content, and engage our community of pet parents.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day activity on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Concept, shoot, edit and produce video and static content in‑house.
• Pitch and execute original ideas, series concepts, trends and activations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Gather basic performance data and interpret metrics.
• Manage online community interactions (DMs, comments) and support offline events, partnerships and experiences.
• Identify trends, creators and moments to amplify the brand.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media, content creation or community management (agency, in‑house, freelance or personal projects).
• Deep familiarity with social platforms and what makes a brand succeed.
• Creative eye with solid basic design sense.
• Hands‑on video and photo production skills; fast turnaround.
• Startup mentality – proactive, bold and comfortable learning from mistakes.
• People‑oriented, warm and ready to engage both online and in‑person.
• Genuine love for animals (non‑negotiable).
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
