Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Lama10, a fast‑growing AI‑powered image and video generation platform based in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and highly organised Social Media & Content Manager. You will own the brand’s social presence, drive growth across channels, and shape the voice of the company as it expands globally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all active social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, Blog) and launch presence on emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute content calendars, including posts, stories, highlights and scheduling.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic and audience growth.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Oversee influencer and creator relationships from outreach to performance evaluation.
• Identify partnership and co‑marketing opportunities to boost brand awareness.
• Handle campaign links, UTM tracking and attribution.
• Create basic visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Engage with the community through comments, direct messages and conversations.
• Write, publish and maintain blog content.
• Utilise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily for content creation and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).
• Proven experience managing multiple social media channels for a brand or product.
• Experience with influencers, creators and partnership campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written English and ability to craft engaging social and blog content.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and capable of managing several projects independently.
• Portfolio showcasing managed channels, campaigns, influencer collaborations or published content.
