Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The Social Media Coordinator will lead the planning, creation and execution of social media and digital marketing initiatives for First Tech. This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving audience engagement and supporting business growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok and YouTube.
• Create, schedule and publish content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day channel activities, monitor engagement, respond to inquiries and nurture online communities.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and internal stakeholders to produce graphics, videos and promotional assets.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, events and lead generation.
• Maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand representation and audience engagement.
