Social Media & CRM Executive

About the role

The Little Birdy Group is expanding its e‑commerce business and seeks a commercially driven Social Media & CRM Executive to own Instagram, TikTok Shop and Klaviyo channels. You will plan, create and execute content, social commerce and email campaigns that directly boost brand growth and online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Instagram content strategy, including Reels, Stories and Feed, and grow the audience organically.
• Run daily TikTok Shop operations, produce TikTok‑first video content, launch promotional campaigns and collaborate with creators and affiliates.
• Build, launch and optimise Klaviyo email campaigns, automated journeys, segmentation and retention programmes.
• Report on performance metrics for each channel, monitor KPIs such as engagement, revenue, conversion and ROI, and use data insights to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years managing Instagram for a consumer‑facing brand.
• Proven hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop delivering measurable sales.
• Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, including campaign creation, segmentation and automation flows.
• Experience creating high‑performing short‑form video content and strong copywriting abilities.
• Background in e‑commerce with solid analytical and reporting skills.
