Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Executive to lead and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves developing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing paid campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage daily content posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Create engaging content such as captions, reels, stories, graphics and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and maintain community interaction.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities and platform updates.
• Coordinate influencer marketing and partnership campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu (mandatory) and English.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
