Social Media Executive

About the role

Minimalist.ae is looking for a Social Media Executive to support the execution of its social media strategies across multiple platforms. Based at the Dubai headquarters, you will help keep the brand’s digital presence consistent, on‑brand, and performance‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of social media strategies and maintain content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns linked to product launches, seasonal moments, and brand objectives.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare basic reports to identify top‑performing content.
• Support e‑mail marketing efforts, including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to stay ahead of digital trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably within a UAE‑based eCommerce, fashion, luxury, or retail brand.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to align tone with brand identity.
• Understanding of Emirati culture and consumer behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, G‑Suite, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
