Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to support the execution of Minimalist’s social media strategies across multiple platforms. The role will ensure the brand’s digital presence is consistent, on‑brand and performance‑driven, based at our Dubai headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments and brand goals.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare basic reports to identify top‑performing content.
• Support e‑mail marketing efforts, including content drafting, list segmentation and scheduling using Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to stay ahead of digital trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably for a UAE‑based eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, tone and brand alignment.
• Understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
