Social Media Executive

About the role

SALT is seeking a Social Media Executive to join its fast‑paced creative agency in Dubai. You will work across multiple client accounts, helping brands come to life on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of social media strategies for diverse clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity, create and maintain social media calendars, and ensure content is on‑brand and timely.
• Write engaging copy, captions and community responses while monitoring trends, platform updates and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with creative, content and account teams to produce social‑first assets and support influencer initiatives.
• Track performance, prepare basic reports and research competitors, trends and audience behaviours.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of social media experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of each platform’s best practices and a keen eye for engaging, social‑first creative.
• Excellent copywriting, communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proactive, curious and commercially aware, with a willingness to learn.
