Social Media Manager and Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to shape the voice of a fast‑growing non‑profit foundation that builds innovation ecosystems worldwide. The role combines strategic planning, content production and community engagement to amplify the impact of our initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social‑media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging posts, articles, newsletters, short‑form videos, reels, graphics and event coverage.
• Translate complex topics such as AI, entrepreneurship and government programs into clear, compelling stories.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and manage editorial calendars aligned with campaigns and events.
• Cover webinars, conferences and startup programs with live and post‑event content.
• Monitor analytics, optimize performance and experiment with new formats and channels.
• Engage with the online community, building relationships with founders, partners and innovators.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for brands, startups, media or mission‑driven organisations.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to simplify complex subjects.
• Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for visual content.
