Social Media Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, supporting e‑commerce initiatives, and coordinating CRM‑related marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update all company social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate e‑commerce activities and support online sales campaigns.
• Assist with CRM coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Support public relations communication and media coordination.
• Write, edit, and translate marketing content for digital platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement and contribute to digital marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the luxury perfumes or cosmetics retail sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Required skills

• Experience with TikTok and Instagram platforms.
• Social media content creation and management.
• Basic knowledge of e‑commerce coordination.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
