About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead our Instagram strategy for a premium ladies beauty salon in Dubai. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging our audience, and converting followers into loyal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative Instagram campaigns that increase followers, reach, and bookings.
• Plan, produce, and oversee high‑quality photos, videos, reels, and stories aligned with luxury beauty trends.
• Manage daily community interactions, responding promptly to messages and comments.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platform features.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise growth.
• Collaborate with management to promote services, offers, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent visual and editorial voice that reflects the salon’s premium positioning.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, analytics, and audience growth techniques.
• Exceptional storytelling and visual content direction abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and community‑management skills.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and luxury brand positioning is highly preferred.
