Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the complete social media presence of Minimalist, a luxury brand specializing in watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods. Based at our Dubai headquarters, you will shape strategy, create content, and drive engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute quarterly, bi‑annual and annual multi‑channel content calendars and campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Implement, measure and optimise social media strategies and paid advertising.
• Translate design concepts into social media assets and maintain an organised asset library.
• Copywrite social media posts and email blasts, and manage their scheduling and performance.
• Conduct competitor, market and industry research to identify trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of managerial digital marketing experience in a UAE‑based eCommerce startup or luxury fashion/watches company.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and consumer behaviour.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat, including paid ads.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, G‑Suite and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite for basic graphic design tasks.
