Social Media Manager

About the role

Join the team that drives Dove’s social presence across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with senior social leads, content creators and brand strategists to ensure Dove’s voice is consistent, culturally relevant and engaging on all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily social content calendars for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Monitor trends, schedule posts and manage community interactions.
• Write platform‑specific copy that aligns with Dove’s tone and brand guidelines.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.
• Collaborate with creators, designers and the broader brand team to deliver timely content.

Required profile

• Organised, culturally fluent and passionate about social media as a discipline.
• Strong understanding of audience behaviours on different platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, newsroom‑style environment.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
