About the role

Netizency is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join its Dubai‑based team. You will drive client relationships, craft compelling social strategies, and keep our brands ahead of the latest digital trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and oversee Social Media Executives.
• Develop campaign strategies, content plans, and editorial calendars.
• Identify emerging trends and memes, adapting them for client content.
• Produce proactive content ideas based on current events and audience insights.
• Maintain organized processes, including status meetings, minutes, and daily updates.
• Create analytics reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the agency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in social media, preferably within an agency.
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated client‑servicing experience and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting.
