Social Media Manager

About the role

Elevate is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to own and expand its social media presence across all platforms. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to shape a lifestyle‑focused brand narrative that reflects Elevate’s pillars of Health, Wellness, Tribe, Purpose and Flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Elevate’s profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the brand pillars.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars, coordinating with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Oversee end‑to‑end content production, including creative briefs, copywriting and campaign execution.
• Support go‑to‑market content for new developments and project milestones.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns.
• Monitor analytics, produce regular performance reports and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Capture real‑time content at project launches, events and company activities.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven social media management experience, preferably in real estate, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, platform best practices and audience growth.
• Experience coordinating content calendars with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with high‑net‑worth and luxury audiences in the UAE is a plus.
• Previous experience with real estate or hospitality brands is highly preferred.
