Social Media Manager

About the role

Minimalist.ae is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. Based at our Dubai headquarters, you will shape strategy, create engaging content, and drive user acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty for our luxury watches, jewelry, and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quarterly, bi‑annual and annual multi‑channel content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Design, implement and optimise social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and paid ads.
• Translate design concepts into compelling visual and written content.
• Build and organise an asset library, manage hashtags and identify sales opportunities.
• Write copy for social posts and email blasts; plan, send, measure and optimise email campaigns.
• Conduct competitor, market and industry research to stay ahead of trends.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of managerial digital‑marketing experience in a UAE‑based eCommerce or luxury‑goods company.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Ideally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

• Klaviyo for email marketing.
• G Suite.
• Social‑media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Adobe Suite (graphic‑design software).
