About the role

The Happiness Company seeks a Social Media Manager to shape and amplify the presence of its premium luxury brands. You will craft strategic, data‑driven social campaigns that resonate with ultra‑high‑net‑worth audiences while maintaining the highest standards of brand excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end social media strategy and execution across multiple luxury brands.
• Develop creative, culturally relevant campaigns that drive audience growth and strengthen brand positioning.
• Identify and leverage cultural moments, trends, and opportunities for luxury audiences.
• Plan and run high‑performing organic campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Design and manage YouTube and long‑form video strategies to build authority and engagement.
• Apply a full‑funnel approach covering awareness, consideration, conversion and retention.
• Coordinate landing pages that support campaigns and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and the wider marketing team on content production and messaging.
• Analyze performance data, extract insights and continuously optimise content strategies.
• Maintain visual identity, tone of voice and positioning consistent with luxury standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record creating high‑performing social campaigns for multiple brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating organic reach and engagement, with campaigns exceeding one million views.
• Experience working with luxury, premium, hospitality, lifestyle, automotive, travel, fashion or ultra‑high‑net‑worth brands.
• Deep understanding of luxury customer psychology, aesthetics and storytelling.
