Social Media Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Rabdan Developments is looking for a Social Media Manager to plan and manage its social presence, create engaging property content and build an active community. The role turns project updates and company activity into consistent content, coordinates production and uses AI tools to improve the speed and quality of everyday content work.

Key responsibilities

• Content planning: develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok, aligned with project launches, construction updates, events and marketing priorities.
• Content creation: write captions and develop ideas for property stories, reels and launch campaigns; brief and coordinate designers, photographers and video editors so content follows the brand style.
• AI-assisted production: use tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut or comparable ones for content ideas, copy drafts, design variations and video production, applying editorial judgement to keep posts accurate and on brand.
• Performance and improvement: track reach, engagement, audience growth and enquiries, report on content performance, identify trends and refine formats, messaging and publishing schedules.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts, supported by relevant content or account examples.
• Strong copywriting, content planning and brand storytelling skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize a content calendar, brief creative teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools for ideation, writing, design or video workflows, with practical examples.
• Real estate content experience and familiarity with UAE audiences and the property market are preferred.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
