Social Media Marketing Consultant

About the role

DXB Perfume is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing Consultant to own and grow its presence across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and other relevant platforms. This hands‑on role turns marketing priorities into daily content, spots trends early and continuously improves performance through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day social activity and maintain a detailed content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns and retail events.
• Create short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and similar platforms, including product demos, fragrance education and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Monitor social trends, test new formats and hooks, and adapt content based on performance insights.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages and customer queries promptly.
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns by translating objectives into clear social content plans and coordinating with Influencer, E‑commerce, Marketing and Retail teams.
• Track weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, video views, traffic) and provide concise reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Creative and commercially aware with a strong sense of brand identity.
• Self‑starter who identifies opportunities without being prompted.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, trend‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook accounts.
• Proficiency in creating short‑form video content.
• Ability to plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
