Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to own the planning, creation, and execution of content that elevates our digital presence. You will manage multiple social platforms, engage communities, and support broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Plan, create, and schedule platform‑specific graphics, captions, stories, reels and short‑form videos.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone and visual identity across all channels.
• Respond to comments, messages and mentions, fostering a loyal online community.
• Track performance metrics, produce regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams for campaigns, product launches and event promotions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, competitor activity and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation, preferably B2B or service‑focused.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a keen sense of brand voice.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for event coverage.
