Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to strengthen our brand presence across key digital platforms. The successful candidate will create engaging content, manage community interactions, and coordinate press releases for both local and international audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging posts, captions, and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate and distribute press releases to media outlets in Pakistan and international markets.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions while preserving a professional brand voice.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
• Monitor performance metrics, engagement rates, and audience insights to continuously optimize strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communication.
• Strong knowledge of current social media trends and audience engagement tactics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for business purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience creating engaging social media content and coordinating press releases.
