Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to own the planning, creation, and execution of content that elevates our digital presence. You will manage multiple social platforms, engage our community, and support broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day activity on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Plan, design, and schedule graphics, captions, stories, reels and short‑form videos that reflect the brand voice.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone and visual identity across all platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages and mentions, fostering a loyal and active audience.
• Track performance metrics, produce regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to amplify campaigns, product launches and events.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, competitor activity and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation, preferably in a B2B or service‑focused environment.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a solid grasp of brand voice and audience engagement.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for event coverage.
