Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and community. The role involves co‑creating engaging content, growing our social channels and increasing brand awareness, preferably within the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok accounts.
• Plan, create and publish organic posts following platform‑specific content calendars.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster an interactive community.
• Identify trending topics and leverage user‑generated content to boost engagement.
• Produce, film and edit reels and video content showcasing properties, projects and company culture.
• Collaborate with agents, marketing teams and other stakeholders on video concepts and campaigns.
• Track audience sentiment, analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing social media, preferably in the real‑estate industry.
• Proven ability to design and execute successful social media strategies.
• Strong written and editing skills with a creative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
• Experience using social media listening tools and data‑analytics platforms.
• Graphic design and video‑editing tools for creating reels (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of LinkedIn content creation and connection growth tactics.
