About the role
The school is seeking an outstanding and compassionate Social Worker to support the academic success, emotional wellbeing and social development of students from FS1 to Year 13. The role works closely with students, families, teachers and external agencies to provide assessment, intervention and family‑support services.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and intervene to address students’ social, emotional and behavioural needs.
- Provide family‑support services to ensure safe and nurturing home environments.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and external agencies to develop and implement support plans.
- Promote inclusion and student‑centred practice across the school community.
Required profile
- Compassionate and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to student welfare.
- Ability to work with a diverse student population from early years to secondary level.
