S&OE Specialist – Sales & Operations Execution

About the role

The S&OE Specialist works closely with sales, demand planning, production, manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution. The role focuses on mitigating supply‑chain risks, improving customer experience and supporting the overall Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage customer orders and create mitigation actions when needed.
• Process sales orders in the ERP system, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely order approval.
• Identify and resolve supply‑chain bottlenecks and support weekly S&OE meetings with Sales, Market, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
• Gather and analyse market data to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Prepare data, reports and documentation for monthly S&OP meetings.
• Evaluate inventory reports, identify slow‑moving or obsolete stock and work with sales to develop disposition plans.
• Track performance metrics, provide insights and recommendations to improve S&OP outcomes.
• Promote safety, health and environmental compliance across all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, Economics or Logistics.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in sales execution, demand planning or S&OP.
• Experience with Sales & Operation Planning processes is essential.
• Relevant certifications such as CISCP or CISCM are a plus.
