Soft Services Trainer – Facilities Management

About the role
We are looking for a Soft Services Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for our cleaning and soft‑services teams in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that service delivery consistently meets the international standards set by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc).
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for soft‑services staff.
- Perform skills assessments and on‑site audits in line with BICSc standards.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, training manuals and refresher courses.
- Support onboarding of new employees and up‑skill existing personnel.
- Monitor training outcomes, compile reports and present progress to management.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a training role within soft services or facilities management.
- Mandatory BICSc certification.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid driving licence with at least six months’ validity.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Abu Dhabi.
