Soft Services & Workplace Experience Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Soft Services & Workplace Experience Manager to lead and coordinate all hospitality, front‑of‑house and soft‑services operations within our premium executive headquarters in the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that executive offices, boardrooms and client‑facing areas are presented to the highest standards and that C‑suite and VIP visitors receive seamless support.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of workplace experience services across the headquarters, including executive offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms and premium workspaces.
• Manage hospitality, concierge, reception, food‑and‑beverage and front‑of‑house services to guarantee exceptional visitor and employee experiences.
• Coordinate and monitor multiple service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed service standards and performance metrics.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve workplace experience standards, operating procedures and service protocols.
• Support C‑suite executives, VIP and VVIP visits, executive events, conferences and special functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Handle supplier governance, performance management and contract administration for all soft‑service vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, premium corporate workplaces or other high‑profile customer‑facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑vendor operations and maintain world‑class service standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to develop and enforce operating procedures, service protocols and performance metrics.
