Software Developer – Information Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Software Developer to design, build, and maintain internal information systems. The role works closely with business users and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient applications that meet organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance internal applications and information systems.
• Analyze requirements, collaborate with business users, and implement system enhancements and fixes.
• Participate in system integration activities, including REST APIs and SAP interfaces.
• Support database design, development, maintenance, and data‑related tasks.
• Troubleshoot application and system issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post‑deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system documentation, and user guides.
• Follow established software development standards, coding practices, security policies, and IT governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and programming fundamentals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.

Required skills

• .NET / C# or Java (or a similar enterprise programming language).
• Experience with REST APIs and system integration concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces or SAP integration (advantage).
• Proficiency with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Solid SQL skills, including database design, queries, and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and front‑end/back‑end interaction.
