Software Engineer – Fresh Graduate (Emiratisation)

About the role

Capgemini Middle East is recruiting fresh graduates for a Graduate Trainee position as a Software Engineer in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is offered on a contract-to-hire basis (6 months, extendable) with immediate joiners, and is aimed at Emiratisation. The graduate joins a structured development programme covering artificial intelligence, data science, software engineering, project management, consulting and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with Arabic speaking proficiency required.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Strong passion for technology and innovation, excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
