Software Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled, innovative, and results‑driven Software Engineer to join our team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support business operations and enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well‑documented code following established standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other technical professionals.
• Develop and maintain web, mobile, backend services, APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, performance problems, and security issues.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle and Agile activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing requirements and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one language: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or Go.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and familiarity with NoSQL.
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, client‑server architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
