Solutions & Analytics Analyst (Pricing)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Solutions & Analytics Analyst – Pricing to join its Revenue & Commercial team in Abu Dhabi. The role bridges business and technology, developing and improving tools that support pricing operations and revenue management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scripts, prototypes, analytical tools and automation solutions to enhance pricing processes and system functionality.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Revenue Management and external technology vendors to gather requirements, design solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Support testing, implementation and continuous improvement of pricing and revenue management systems.
• Investigate system issues, troubleshoot problems and coordinate fixes to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze operational data and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical models for business decision‑making.
• Explore AI, advanced analytics and emerging technologies to automate and improve pricing solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with programming, scripting and data analysis, preferably using Python, SQL or R.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate technical findings into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users and vendors.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with attention to detail and a desire to learn.
