Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Solutions Architect to design and present end‑to‑end technology solutions that meet customer business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop solution architectures aligned with customer objectives across AI, digital transformation, IT operations, and cybersecurity.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges, requirements, and strategic goals.
• Support presales activities including workshops, demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare architecture documents, technical proposals, statements of work, implementation plans, and project scopes.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and lead solution presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to create innovative, scalable solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance offerings.
• Support project delivery teams with architectural oversight during implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Expertise in AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and automation technologies.
• Proven ability to prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and deliver customer presentations.
