Spa Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Spa Assistant to join our luxury wellness environment in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable spa experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily spa and reception operations.
• Welcome guests, handle inquiries and manage appointment bookings.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain spa supplies for therapists.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards throughout the facility.
• Promote spa services, packages and retail products to guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, salon, wellness centre or hospitality setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for wellness and delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience using booking or reservation systems.
