Spa Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Spa Attendant to join the St. Regis Abu Dhabi team on Saadiyat Island. In this full‑time, on‑site role you will help create memorable spa experiences for our guests, supporting a range of front‑of‑house functions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in spa guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival.
• Promote spa services and retail products, answering guest queries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the reservation system.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented spa environment.
• Assist with moving light items (up to 10 lb unaided, 25 lb with help) and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior spa experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
