Spa Attendant

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join its award‑winning spa team. You will ensure the spa environment meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Check, clean and set up all spa premises according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Replenish consumables, supplies and maintain furniture, fixtures and equipment in perfect working condition.
• Report any breakage, damage or loss to spa management and coordinate repairs.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment following manufacturer specifications.
• Request and collect stock in line with par levels and maintain departmental assets.
• Secure the spa after cleaning hours and monitor electrical appliance use for safety.
• Complete shift checklists, update the communication log book and inform management of any concerns.

Required profile

• At least 72 months (6 years) of experience in spa or hospitality operations.
• Demonstrates integrity, respect and a collaborative team mindset.
• Embraces a growth mindset and is proactive in identifying improvements.
