Spa & Leisure Receptionist

About the role

Join the hospitality team at a luxury resort and be the first point of contact for guests seeking spa and leisure experiences. You will ensure smooth operations of the spa, manage bookings, and create memorable moments that enhance each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries and provide detailed information about spa services, leisure facilities and hotel amenities.
• Manage and coordinate spa appointment schedules, confirming bookings and communicating any changes promptly.
• Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs, process payments, issue receipts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist guests with tennis court reservations, group exercise classes, water‑sports and special events.
• Respond to guest complaints, investigate solutions and negotiate satisfactory outcomes.
• Promote retail products, recommend suitable items and process sales transactions.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential guest records.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
