Spa & Leisure Receptionist (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

As a Spa & Leisure Receptionist at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah you will be the first point of contact for guests and members, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring smooth operation of the spa and leisure facilities. Your role combines front‑desk service, appointment management and guest support to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and members with a friendly welcome, answer inquiries about spa services, leisure facilities, tennis courts, group classes and special events.
• Manage spa appointment schedules, confirm bookings and communicate any changes promptly.
• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs, verify information, collect payments and issue receipts.
• Handle phone calls and emails, respond to guest requests and provide accurate information on operating hours, membership rates and water‑sports.
• Assist guests in selecting and purchasing retail products such as skincare, spa accessories and gifts, offering product recommendations.
• Address guest complaints, investigate issues and propose effective solutions while remaining calm during busy periods or emergencies.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, maintaining guest records and reconciling cash registers.
• Identify opportunities to up‑sell or cross‑sell additional services and products to enhance the guest experience.
