Spa Manager

About the role

Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Spa Manager and lead a dedicated team in delivering luxury wellness experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring high service standards, and driving revenue growth within a world‑class hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with the team to identify improvement areas and implement continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure staff understand their responsibilities and maintain accurate reporting to Operations.
• Manage spa costs, petty cash, product usage, and other operational expenses.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and document policy violations.
• Lead weekly staff meetings covering revenue performance, operational challenges, sales techniques, training needs, and quality of work.
• Organise upselling training, spa promotions, and staff development programs.
• Monitor retail and spa service displays in spa and public areas.
• Maintain quality standards, compliance with company policies, fire safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Coach and evaluate spa staff to improve skills and performance.
• Coordinate closely with hotel departments to align spa and hotel activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Hospitality Management.
• Proven experience managing spa or wellness operations in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
