About the role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the spa operations of a luxury hotel/resort in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing all aspects of spa management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the spa team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting.
- Maintain and enhance guest experience through personalized services and quality control.
- Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end spa environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
