Spa Manager (Russian speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Spa Manager to lead our spa operations at Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort. The role involves overseeing daily operations, staff leadership, and strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all spa operations and facilities to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with SOPs and brand guidelines.
• Lead, mentor and develop spa staff through performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to market spa products and services, driving revenue growth.
• Analyze business trends and global spa/wellness market developments to maintain competitive advantage.
• Oversee inventory checks, control levels and procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, representing the spa and resort brand values.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a spa or wellness facility in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees, guests and partners.
• Demonstrated leadership in staff recruitment, training, development and performance management.
• Service‑oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
• Financial acumen in budget management, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and make informed business decisions.
