Spa Manager (Russian-speaker)

About the role

Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Spa Manager who is fluent in Russian to lead its spa operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving efficiency and profitability in a multicultural hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all spa operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop spa staff, fostering an inclusive and high‑performance team.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to market spa services and increase revenue.
• Monitor therapist schedules, treatment room utilization and staff productivity to maximize yield.
• Oversee inventory control, procurement and cost optimisation without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a spa or wellness facility in a 5‑star hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage employees, guests and partners.
• Financial acumen in budget management, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Multicultural awareness and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in spa management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
