Spa Receptionist (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our Sheraton hotel in Sharjah. The role is focused on delivering a seamless guest experience at our spa, handling appointments, payments and promoting services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and check‑in spa guests, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Answer inquiries about spa treatments, retail products and facilities.
• Schedule, confirm and modify reservations using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Process payments and manage cash‑handling procedures accurately.
• Promote spa services and retail items to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain a clean and safe front‑desk area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving items up to 10 lb unaided or 25 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on a rotating shift schedule.
• Excellent personal appearance and professional communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software.
