Spa Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a polished and empathetic Spa Receptionist to join our premier wellness destination in Dubai. The role is the first point of contact for distinguished guests, ensuring a serene and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures while maintaining a calm spa atmosphere.
• Schedule treatments, manage therapist rosters and optimise room utilisation using the booking system.
• Provide detailed information on treatment menus, membership benefits and facility amenities; handle guest inquiries and special requests discreetly.
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest profiles and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
• Liaise closely with therapists and management to ensure smooth operational flow and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a reception or front‑office role, preferably in a luxury spa, hotel or wellness centre.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Arabic, Russian or French are a strong advantage.
• Immaculate grooming, strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with spa booking software.
