Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Spa Supervisor you’ll not only supervise daily health club operations but also deliver memorable experiences that brighten every guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise health club operations: support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness centre, spa or salon.
• Lead the health club team: train, schedule and supervise team members across fitness, spa and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high‑quality guest experience.
• Provide hands‑on support: step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints.
• Support business operations: assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency.
• Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
